Large, but not too large open world, crazy sense of speed
Cons :
Some dull new modes, no in-race restart option, some cars are uncontrollable by humans

Awesome cars, graphics, sound (especially in HDMI), and just plain fun.
Cons :
No restart event option, but that's probably because it has no menus.
