CH Products' Flight Sim Yoke is one of those. Featuring a realistic look and feel and plenty of button functions, this flight yoke is a must-have for all flight sim enthusiasts. ??The Flight Sim Yoke offers an array of controls that includes a four-way hat switch, a gear switch, a flap switch, two 2-way rocker buttons and three push buttons. There are 14 button functions in all, and they are extensively programmable using the Game Center software utility provided with the yoke. With this many available functions, you'll seldom have to reach over to use a keyboard command.

What can I say, it is far superior than flying a plane with a keyboard.
Cons :
Yoke sometimes sticks when you release it back to a neutral position.

Feels real. Intuitive. Truly plug-n-play under Windows XP. Relatively inexpensive. Great training aid.
Cons :
Bulky to mount on a desktop. Possibly weak clamp mounts.
