Pros : Excellent speed and image quality, good price, holds 12 negatives.
Cons : Difficult initial setup for me, odd resolution choices, small number of slides fit.
Review : I bought this scanner to scan negatives, as I had it's predecessor (HP reviewed on here as well).&nb
The Bottom Line : This scanner provides an effective $200 way for people to integrate digital and film.

Pros : Simple, fast, device is well built, excellent results from positive and negative film. Software works!
Cons : NONE
Review : Using a 4 year old laptop, running XP Pro -I unpacked the V500, followed the single instruction
The Bottom Line : Delighted with the scanner, didn't think I could find one this good at such a reasonable price!

Pros : Inexpensive, Very easy to use!
Cons : Haven't found any yet.
Review : Great Scanner , I have been looking for a scanner that would scan my 35 MM slides and negatives.
The Bottom Line : I would recommend this scanner for any home user. It's easy to use and gives excellent results.
