Pros : Compact, portable, great exercise for kids and VERY inexpensive!
Cons : Hard for a kid under 7 to operate the lever to collapse the scooter.
Review : My boys have each gone through two Razor scooters! They started riding them when they were abo
The Bottom Line : I would recommend this for any kid, even a kid with special needs as this is low to the ground and doesn't require as many skills as a bike.
